The largest porcelain vase in the world stands on the Leuchtenburg. It is 8 meters high and was made by the artist Alim Pasht-Han together with the Reichenbach Porcelain Manufactory. The unique, self-supporting construction consists of 360 honeycombs cast from porcelain, which are additionally secured inside. Ten employees of the Reichenbach Porcelain Manufactory worked on the production of the individual honeycombs, which were then hand-painted by the artist in cobalt blue and decorated with gold (SOURCE: Leuchtenburg, website).
The installation takes on a unique image every 10 minutes when the light changes.
