The nature park Stadtparksee was built in 1937 and is separated from the actual Stadtparksee by a sheet pile wall. The bath is fed by groundwater and cleaned with a gravel filter. Depending on the volume of visitors, fresh water is added.
The pool is divided into a non-swimmer and float area. The bathroom has a children's playground and several sunbathing areas. Sun loungers can be rented for a fee. There is a barrier-free access to the water.

In the middle of the green surroundings and with a view of the planetarium, it invites you to exercise, splash around and sunbathe. Triathletes in particular will find ideal training conditions here. In the natural pool, which is filled with filtered water, everyone who wants to cool off or swim a few laps in peace is of course also welcome. Smaller bathers, on the other hand, can explore the playground or take the slide (from 7 years old) unsafe. The lawn and loungers offer space for young and old afterwards and the kiosk has refreshing drinks and small snacks ready for you.
