Between the end of the eighteenth century and the first half of the nineteenth century, numerous landholdings in Dalmine changed owners.

The same fate befell some patches of land with buildings located in the current Brembo district.

"Campagne di Sforzatica" was the name with which the territory located west of the town of Sforzatica and which went up to the river was identified. Today it is identified with the Brembo district.

In an act of 1845 the sale of a farmhouse, identifiable with the villa Pesenti, is reported,
by Mr. Giuseppe Lazzarini from Osio Sotto to the Pesenti family, shopkeepers in Bergamo, an emerging family of the city bourgeoisie.

The purchased goods consisted of six pieces of land for a total of 151 Bergamo poles, 5 boards and 6 feet.

The complex of the Villa Pesenti originally at the beginning of the 1800s was a farm belonging to Ermenegildo Dall'Ovo.

The Pesenti brothers, after the purchase, transformed it into their country residence.
