In reality, the beautiful princess was Lyda Borelli, the Divine of Italian silent cinema, who stayed for a few days at the Castle of Monteserico, in 1918.
Lyda Borelli had married Count Vittorio Cini, a senator of the Kingdom and a well-known Italian industrialist, and for love she had left the scene in 1918.
