Sant Miquel de Lillet is a small circular church located a few meters from the monastery of Santa Maria de Lillet. Like this one, it is a Romanesque-style temple, built in a beautiful natural setting.

It is located about 150 m from the Monastery of Santa Maria de Lillet. According to an inscription on the altar, the church was consecrated on May 9, 1000. This is also attested by a document signed by Antoni Barnola on February 22, 1791.

It is an interesting building with a circular plan with a semicircular apse, one of the few examples that exist and one of the smallest (6'5 m outside diameter and 4'7 m inside). It is very well preserved. The first written news is from the year 1166.

The exterior is very beautiful. The building has no windows, its wall is crowned with fine small ashlars that alternate with empty spaces; around it has a frieze of vertical stones, the portal is crowned with a dovetailed arch. Inside it has two small niches and a beautiful vault

Two restorations have been carried out: in 1935 by the Friends of Old Art and the other, in 1980, by the Diputació de Barcelona, in which the tiling of the roof was redone.
