El Niu de l'Àliga is a high mountain refuge. It is located at 2510 meters high.

It is one of the eight shelters that make up the Cavalls del Vent route.

It not only welcomes hikers but, being at the foot of the Molina station, it also welcomes skiers in winter.

The Eagle’s Nest is a mountain refuge located at an altitude of 2537m. Located at the top of the Tosa d’Alp, within the municipality between Bagà and Berguedà, it is the highest guarded refuge in the Pyrenees.

The Niu de l’Àliga Refuge is part of the Cavalls del Vent route, a route that connects eight refuges in the Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park, located in the Berguedà and Baixa Cerdanya counties.

An emblematic building in the highest area of the La Molina ski resort where you can enjoy unbeatable views of the Cerdanya, Ripollès and Berguedà valleys. The best place in the Pyrenees to enjoy sunsets and descents on full moon nights. You will be able to gather strength next to a magnificent central fireplace while having breakfast, lunch or dinner. Even after a reservation, you can spend a great evening staying in this impressive La Molina refuge.

The first time I used the shelter in August 2010, it was clean and both the service and the food were first class, however, the second time in June 2016 the conditions changed radically, the cleanliness was which was not a priority and the food was one of the worst I have eaten in a mountain refuge.
