    Very beautiful mountain hiking trail with rocks and roots.
    The path connects the castle ruins of Château du Haut-Ribeaupierre and Château de Saint-Ulrich in the shortest possible way.
    On the way you have wonderful views of the castles and over the Rhine plain to the Black Forest.

        This is the direct but rocky and also steeper path up to Ribeaupierre. If it's wet or if you're not in good shape and you're wearing the wrong shoes, take the easy one a little further west.
