03.04.2026 Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr und der ganze Rest
Nachdem wir Dambach-la-ville und Ribeauvillé ausreichend besichtigt hatten und die Jugend auf die Drei-Burgen-Wanderung verabschiedet haben, blieb noch ein bisschen Zeit für eine kleine Fahrradtour über Riquewihr und durch die Weinberge. Wirklich eine kleine Runde ... (aber sehr sehenswert!)

19.03.2026 ADFC-Tour Otzberg und Groß-Umstadt
Saisoneröffnung bei bestem Wetter. Mit ein paar Anmeldungen hatte ich mit 8 oder 9 Mitfahrern gerechnet, es kamen tatsächlich 12. Today's tour took us from the pretty seaside resort of Cascais to our destination, Lisbon. The route mostly ran directly along the sea, often on wide, dedicated bike paths. The moment we first saw Lisbon's Tagus Bridge, which we then slowly approached, was sensational.

An ADFC tour with a long S-Bahn journey. Since December 2024, it has been possible to take the S-Bahn directly to Friedberg. There, we took a quick look around the pretty town, especially the large and impressive castle complex.

Thinking about tomorrow today: In August, I'll be leading an ADFC day tour to the arboretum in Eschborn. Source of the tour: Herbert (here: F71).
Other highlights include the Rosarium in Hattersheim, Höchst Castle Square, and the Main River ferry. This was the preliminary tour on a beautiful but relatively cool June day.
