Climbing the observation tower is definitely worth it. The view is magnificent, and the path through the nature reserve is beautiful and easy to navigate, even without asphalt. However, it is very narrow in places.

The observation tower on the Hase Revitalization Adventure Trail offers a magnificent view of the backwaters, meadows, and moors of the Haase River. To further enhance nature conservation, approximately 450 hectares of arable land were converted into extensive grassland. The backwaters of the Hase River, the "Lahre" and "Lehrte," were reconnected to the Hase River, approximately 17 km of summer dikes were removed, marsh beds and reed beds were established, and a remote fish pond was converted into a near-natural wetland habitat.
