On January 1, 1798, notary Guillaume Crampen bought the garden, an orchard and meadows of the former convent of the sisters of Danebroek. The sisters had been ordered to leave their convent on November 11, 1796.
Notary Crampen sold on the majority of the purchased land to Felix Loyaerts, rentier and descendant of a prominent Tiense family, who had a house built there at the beginning of the 19th century.

The "goed Van den Bossche" which consisted of a house and the park was bought in 1798 by notary G. Crampen. The orchard was sold a little later to Felix Loyaerts who had a house built there in the nineteenth century. After many more changes, the house was inhabited from 1928 by Paul-Georges Kronacker, but only as delegated manager of the NV Tiense Suikerraffinaderij.
