Museum de Fundatie is a museum for visual art in the Overijssel capital of Zwolle. Museum de Fundatie is part of the Hannema-de Stuers Fundatie foundation, which also includes Castle Het Nijenhuis in Heino. Museum de Fundatie has a collection of visual art, from the late Middle Ages to the present, based on the collection of Dirk Hannema, former director of Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen. In addition to the permanent collection, Museum de Fundatie organizes new and diverse exhibitions every three months. In 2015, Museum de Fundatie reached a record number of 310,000 visitors.
