          Castellaro Lagusello is listed among the most beautiful villages in Italy - orange flag Touring Club Italiano. A village that has been defined as a UNESCO World Heritage pile-dwelling site.
          It is worth a visit for its heart-shaped lake - the feudal castle with its walls. Crossing the door of its drawbridge is a magic that takes us into its history.
          For bikers Castellaro is an important reference that allows us to develop beautiful tours: for Volta Mantovana and reach the cycle path for Mantua. For Monzambano then the cycle path for Peschiera del Garda. For Pozzolengo and reach Sirmione or Desenzano. For Solferino to reach Castiglione delle Stiviere. For Cavriana to reach the surrounding hills of Alto Mantovano.

            Beautiful village with a beautiful lake that gives the name to the village. Unfortunately the two nice things to see, the tower and the lakeside are both paid. So if you don't want to pay two tickets better to walk around the 4 streets of the village and stop.
