Monastery of the sisters who served the Sint-Pietersgasthuis. Originated in 1080, transferred here in 1220. Remarkable Romanesque gateway from that period. Chapel around 1500 on the street side.
Other buildings 16th-17th century, with later changes: monastery building with cloister, farm buildings, wagon house and behind it a heavily modified large barn or nail. The old infirmary was demolished in the 19th century. In the courtyard, in front of the monastery, is the pharmacy with a mansard roof (18th century).

The Saint Elizabeth Hospital (also known as Our Lady's Hospital, Saint Peter's Hospital, and Augustinian Monastery) is located on Brusselsestraat, just inside the first city wall and along one of the Dyle arms that crosses Leuven's city center. The complex consists of the farm to the west and the remains of the actual hospital to the east. This includes the hospital chapel, the east wing, and part of the south wing of the monastery building. The parts of the monastery building west of the Dyle were demolished during the 19th and 20th centuries to make way for new hospital buildings.
