Malga Mont rises at 1310 m a.s.l., in a beautiful and panoramic valley between the pastures of Monte Crep and the woods of Monte Prenduol. The panorama ranges from the Belluno Dolomites, with the Schiara and the Serva in the foreground, to the pre-alpine ridge between Cesen and Col Visentin. Dairy products are produced and sold here from May and October during the pasture months. During the summer, the hut offers passing hikers the opportunity for refreshment and has two rooms (with three beds each) for overnight stays. In the southern part of the building there is a bivouac that is always open and well maintained, with a kitchen and fireplace, a sleeping area with a stove and cots. From the large white cross of Monte Crep you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Venetian plain.
