The Gäurandweg runs between the Northern Black Forest in the west and the Strohgäu and Heckengäu in the east. From the Enz Valley at Mühlacker, the trail leads via Pinache and Wiernsheim, past Mönsheim, to Friolzheim, Tiefenbronn, and Steinegg. From there, it continues via Neuhausen and Simmozheim, passing Althengstett and Calw-Stammheim. The trail then passes through the villages of Gültlingen and Sulz am Eck before reaching the Nagold Valley in Nagold. It continues via Rohrdorf and Beihingen to Haiterbach. From Haiterbach, the trail leads via Salzstetten to Schopfloch. The route continues via Glatten to Freudenstadt.
At this point, you will find a marker stone for the Gäurandweg, a seating area for a short break, and an information board about the Waldensians in Simmonzheim.

The Gäurandweg is beautifully situated between Simmozheim and Möttlingen. When your stomach starts rumbling after the tour, you can have a delicious barbecue, laugh and enjoy the day near the Simmozheim hiking car park.
Children then have the opportunity to completely let off steam on the play equipment provided to completely burn off any excess energy they have from the tour.
