The Moulin Rouge is a famous Parisian cabaret, built in 1889 by Josep Oller and Charles Zidler. It is located in the red light district of Pigalle at 82 Boulevard de Clichy, at the foot of Montmartre, in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, France.
This emblematic cabaret was inaugurated during what is known as the Belle Époque (historical period between the last decades of the 19th century and the First World War).
