Checkpoint for the Fjällräven Classic and a regular mountain station. You can buy coffee and snacks, use the toilet and there is also a sauna with a classic wood oven near the stream, where you can cool down.
Sälka is worth it. The sauna is great. From here it is less well versed because it separate the Hiker with the goal of the highest mountain and those who continue to hike south along the Kungsleden. The campsites around Sälka are great and surrounded by small streams.
