Heinz Bruch was one of the leaders and driving force of the association for more than four decades from the founding of the Mühlheim branch.
Twelve years ago he took over the management of the club himself.
A sign of his work that will continue to exist in the future are the meadow orchards on the Gailenberg, whose rebirth was initiated in 1977 by Heinz Bruch together with Robert Bohr.
For 40 years, Heinz Bruch was the organizer of the annual tree planting campaign of the German Forest Protection Association.
This area, which is uniquely beautiful, especially when it is in bloom, can be seen as an essential part of Heinz Bruch's life's work.
