The original church was built in Gothic style in the 13th century, of which only little has been preserved. Towards the middle of the 16th century, after destruction in the war, the present church was on the foundation walls. The tower was begun in 1604 and completed in 1621.

This house was built around 1800 by master blacksmith Hermann Krebs as a place of work and residence.
In 1952 the St. Lorenz parish bought the house. The attached shed for keeping the horses and a wash house were unfortunately demolished. Since then, the building has served as a parish hall.
