The traditional half-timbered house from 1663 is located in a picturesque corner of the "lower town" of Lauenburg, directly on the Elbe. With its guest house and the "Fährleutehaus" (Anno 1649), the "Altes Schifferhaus" offers 24 comfortable rooms with a total of 46 beds.

The kitchen of the "Altes Schifferhaus" spoils you with down-to-earth and varied specialties from the region, the waterfront and the inland of Schleswig-Holstein.
