The facade of the residential and commercial building at Glambecker Straße 3 dates from 1909/10 and is a listed building. The originally single-story half-timbered building from the late 18th century was expanded and an additional storey added in 1889. The two-story, Baroque-style, plastered building with its undulating eaves received its distinctive Art Nouveau façade in 1909/10, designed by architect K. Hüttner from Altstrelitz. During the GDR era, the building fell into disrepair. Only the facade was saved, and it was renovated after 2000. The initials of August Selig and the architect's name were restored.
