The path from the Kaltenbrunnertal up to Hellerplatz is called Emil-Ohler-Pfad. Emil Ohler was a founding member of the PWV and has been involved in the construction of this path and involved. In honor of this knight stone was baptized by PWV on this name and labeled.

In 1928, a new and direct route to Hellerhausplatz was built from Kaltenbrunnertal. Emil Ohler (Neustadt 06/03/1877 – 02/21/1959), meritorious hiker and founding member of the Palatinate Forest Association, was instrumental in the construction of the house and also in the construction of the path. He was able to win many members for this venture. The advertising power of his ideas, combined with his perseverance, helped him.

Nice path with a length of 2 km. The path leads to the Hellerhütte and is a much nicer variant of the forest management path that runs parallel to it.
