The Bachtal has several smaller waterfalls.
Some of these can only be reached by swimming and climbing.
So don't forget swimming gear and beach shoes.
There are three ways to get to the waterfall.
The easiest way to go up the river from Potami Beach
from above the Archondissa tavern by car and down the "daring" stairs,
Descend from the other side into the Bachtal, hiking trail 5 is red marked, very beautiful but also strenuous and requires alpine experience.
It is worth it!

A waterfall is always a great natural spectacle. In Greece where many rivers i. But summers dry up all the more. It's so refreshing to swim out there because the water is really cold.
