Very shaky but the only way up from the Potami valley directly to the Archontissa tavern.
It is definitely worth going up the stairs.
The tavern is very quaint and you have a beautiful view of the valley.

The German TÜV would rejoice - or faint. An adventurous staircase that was basically built over a steep wall. At the top, one of the best taverns on the island awaited visitors.

This spectacular staircase has offered a special thrill for years. It is only ever repaired in a sparse manner, so you always have to ask yourself whether it will be able to withstand our climb this time. If you cross the tavern and use the exit in front of the kitchen, you can save yourself the descent. So you can take the way back to the starting point via a beautiful road with great views.

The entrances and exits around the tavern are in great need of improvement! The materials used and the design are extremely bizarre and sometimes border on gross negligence, sometimes even intentional bodily harm! There should definitely be a warning at each entrance!
