The Tulla Tower stands on the site of Breisach's old secular power center. It has been somewhat built into the festival grounds. Unfortunately, this doesn't give it the attention it deserves. All that remains of the former castle, which was later converted into a palace, is the plateau and the moat.

In Breisach, the Tulla Tower was built in 1874 in honor of Tulla on the site of the former castle and palace complex on the north side of the Münsterberg.
