Right on the hillside with a view of Martigny. Steep, hard climb. Very blocked.

Set in a beautiful location in the high alpine meadows, this is a little gem of a place, with a large seating area outside and views right down over the valley. The food is all homemade and cooked fresh, and I would highly recommend their cakes, tarts and chocolate milk.
If you are cycling the TMB clockwise then this little cafe feels like heaven on earth after a really tough hike-a-bike section along the Bovine route from the Col de la Forclaz.
