Incredibly diverse museum with a huge collection. Spending less than a day here is almost sacrilegious - ideally you need two to three days, then you have some peace and quiet for breaks in between.

The collections of the German Museum include over 100,000 objects from the fields of natural science and technology; around a quarter of the collection objects can be seen in the exhibitions. With its large number of valuable original exhibits, the German Museum is one of the most important scientific and technical museums in the world.

But that's only one of four locations. There are further locations in Munich (Am Bavaria Park), in Oberschleißheim and in Bonn. No matter where you go it is extremely interesting and educational. You should bring plenty of time!
