Carl who? This little church makes an immediate impression. Looks older than it is, from 1932 based on a design by Carl Mühlenpfordt in the New Objectivity style. The architect and Prussian government master builder planned and built most of the buildings in Lübeck and taught at today's TU in Braunschweig. It is therefore surprising how this special little church building - nevertheless quite fitting - could end up in the area of the long streets with their lined up houses. Wikipedia is silent about it, but was otherwise, as always, an informative source.
