The construction project
In a premium location, north-west of the Zwischenahner Meer, Palais am Meer GmbH & Co. KG is developing a new construction concept on 38.5 hectares in coordination with the municipality of Bad Zwischenahn. In harmony with the beautiful nature and the landscape conservation area, a hotel, holiday homes, permanent apartments and single-family homes will enhance the site of the former Bundeswehr hospital in the future.
Divided into 5 different fields, work is now underway on the planning of these new buildings.
