Starting from Turnhout you cycle along the canal to the bicycle bridge. From there, 'Het Belslijntje' leaves through the fens area to Tilburg. The line follows a discarded railway bed that was used for freight transport to and from the Netherlands during the last century. Just across the border with the Netherlands you arrive in Baarle-Hertog (B) and also in Baarle-Nassau (NL). Here the border runs criss-cross through the municipality and you can see with your own eyes that in some houses the kitchen is located on Dutch territory and the living room in Belgium. Very peculiar!
