If there are in fact two sources in Grabels, the source of the Avy located on the left bank of the Mosson is the main one and offers a pleasant stroll.

Superb hike, nice view. There are a lot of butterflies everywhere in the heights, as well as rabbits. It goes up and it goes down. Surprised to find such a hike so close to my home. To do again 🤟🏻

After 3 hours of walking from Juvignac and through the sunny scrubland, the descent to Grabels is rewarded by this pretty and refreshing meeting point with the Mosson: the source of the Avy. You can also get there by starting from the Thermes spring in Juvignac and meandering with the Mosson for almost 5 km.
