A descent organized by my cousin in a (mixed) company of local cyclists. A bitter cold at the start with wind and fog led us to pedal to warm up and the temperature softened gradually. Despite the gloomy weather, we set off to climb one of the Scottish monuments. It's difficult, especially on the west-southwest face, it's totally wild, it's sometimes dangerous, but that's what makes this climb so charming and it's exactly what I was looking for in Scotland: "accessible" rawness.

A not-so-relaxed, relaxed outing. As Assane is going much faster than me, I tried to stay in his wheel, result of almost 25 on average despite the few gravel sections instead of the 22 expected. May, nothing but pleasure, ideal weather, comfortable and pleasant cycle paths, exotic water and beautiful landscapes.
