The viaduct hiking trail offers numerous beautiful views. This hiking trail is very well planned. It seems natural, but you can still see that a lot of thought went into the planning to offer hikers something scenic. Really beautiful views over fields, meadows and forests. Simply beautiful!

The 30 km long viaduct hiking trail is an absolute premium hiking trail with many beautiful views and easily accessible nature trails.

The circular hiking trail is very well signposted in both directions.

The only drawback in the last third is the long stretch around the fenced hunting course in Buke. There is a lot of shooting here, except on Sundays and public holidays. A deafening noise then echoes through the beautiful nature reserve.

Those who walk the entire trail will be rewarded. There are a total of 5 stations with punching points along the route. You can get the map for this in advance from the municipality of Altenbeken or download it from the Internet.
