The BraunsMühle is a Dutch-style windmill built in 1756 and completely restored between 2001 and 2005 in the town of Kaarst in the district of Büttgen. At the current location of the BraunsMühle, there were already several wooden mills, but they were always destroyed by fire.

These mill wings are still movable and are more beautiful to look at than the various wind farms in the area. It was built in 1756 in Dutch style and completely restored.
It is maintained by a club and this also allows mill visits entertained. In the rooms of the mills there is a restaurant / cafe and a nice beer garden. Freshly smoked fish is sold right next to the mill.
