The Giant Yellow Bench of Cima Ekar is one of the main attractions of the 'Path of the Master Patrick', which includes more than 20 art installations. This route was named after the teacher and naturalist Patrizio Rigoni (1939-2008), highly esteemed on the plateau, who preferred open-air teaching to the classroom.

The work, made of fir by Marco Pancrazio, is a bench with double dimensions compared to a classic bench. You can go up to take souvenir photos and enjoy a beautiful view of the entire Asiago basin.

The fashion for 'large benches' in panoramic points has spread freely almost everywhere, on the initiative of organizations or private individuals. There is also the official Big Bench Community project, born in 2010 in Piedmont from an idea by the American designer Chris Bangle, but not all the giant benches around are part of it (its benches have a specific design, a progressive number and a certification):
