The Franconian Switzerland Museum is located in the small village of Tüchersfeld near Pottenstein in the so-called Judenhof and displays objects from the history of the earth, archeology, history, agriculture, costumes, popular piety, and crafts. A special feature is the original synagogue from the 18th century. It contains information about the annual Jewish cycle. Every year the museum team designs extensive special exhibitions on special topics. For this purpose, a large exhibition hall is available. Lectures, markets, action days and other cultural events complete the annual program.
