The fitness trail begins opposite the “Waldrestaurant Schönefeld” restaurant, Schönefeld 222. From there it goes into the forest and there are two routes (1.7 km and 3.5 km) on offer. At regular intervals we find small endurance, strength or dexterity exercises along the way.

The small course consists of seven training stations and covers a distance of 1.7 kilometers. The large fitness circuit, on the other hand, contains 20 exercises and is 3.5 kilometers long.
