Regional, natural, delicious - these are our values and the core of our work. We are the Dietz family. Carolin is an agricultural engineer, Alexander is a forester. Our organic farm is located in the south of the Swabian Alb between Albstadt and Sigmaringen. We do what we do with joy and full conviction. You can taste it: we have won the German Cheese Prize several times with our organic goat cheese.

It all started with two goats over ten years ago. We enjoyed the cheese dairy and our interest in goat farming grew. It quickly became clear: our organic cheese was a great success! The fan base grew and we had to make a decision.

Organic cheese production as a new branch of the business

The decision was easy for us. In 2011, a new, comfortable goat barn was built. In 2013, we finally officially took over Carolin's parents' farm. We now have a farm shop, a farm cheese dairy and 80 dairy goats.

Regionality and sustainability play an important role for us:

We generate part of our electricity through solar panels on the goat stable

As organic farmers, we produce the feed for our goats ourselves

We make our organic cheese exclusively from our own milk

We cultivate our 120 hectares completely without chemical pesticides and fertilizers

Self-service farm shop, daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. This is very practical for hikers and cyclists. On the organic farm, the milk from their own goats is processed into delicious cheese. At the weekend there are baked goods from the stone oven. Of course you can also see goats here - it's especially nice for children.
