From the German year of the Three Emperors, 1888 to 1890, the Royal Kurhaus was built under the direction of the state master builder Karl Otto Trobsch from Zwickau. The construction of the Kurhaus, planned as the cultural center of the spa complex, was encouraged and supported by influential personalities from Saxony. The almost completely preserved castle-like complex is a rarity with national value and was renovated from 1996 to 1998 with a lot of empathy and expertise.

The tourist information and the restaurant "Das Alberts" are located in the Royal Kurhaus. This one has an excellent kitchen that comes highly recommended! And when you dine on the parapet in this historic ambience, the weather means well - what more could you want?
