Residential complex Munich, Truderinger Strasse 47 - 189 odd
Of the total of 486 apartments, 325 were built around 1922. The remaining apartments were built between 1929 and 1936 (55 apartments) and 1950 - 1956 (106 apartments).

The residential buildings are located in the immediate vicinity of the Berg-am-Laim S-Bahn station along the railway in an easterly direction.

The building structure and building services largely correspond to the standards of the year of construction aisles. In some cases, heat and sound insulation measures were subsequently taken and improvements were made by installing gas heating for each tenant.

The residential complex is currently the subject of investigations which should provide information about which measures must be taken for a sustainable development of the existing population. Among other things, the urban development aspect, the residents' interests, the living environment, the building fabric, the building services and, last but not least, the economic possibilities must be assessed and evaluated.

The current inventory is mostly of a simple standard and rents in the lower price segment. The apartment floor plans are well suited for two to three person households. The average living space is around 60 m².
