This church, named after a 7th/8th c. Century, is about 800 years old and has a construction history of this entire time.

Its gem is the late Gothic altar, which was created in the first half of the 15th century, but also contains elements from a much later period, including Low German inscriptions from 1959 on the wings. This altar ended up in Neetze by a route that has not yet been clarified; it was intended for the retirement home of a Lüneburg monastery abbot.

Also noteworthy is the pulpit (made around 1600) with the symbols of the evangelists and a pelican. The organ, built in 1869, is a listed building.

St. Willibrord Church in Neetze was originally built as a field stone church, probably in the 13th century. The church tower was built in the 18th century as a half-timbered building and is now covered with bricks. Inside the church there is a carved Gothic altar that was made around 1420.
