A very tall and beautiful tower. It served as a lookout point over the entire city wall and the surrounding area. Well restored.

The king's tower was an element in the southern part of the outer city fortification of Schwäbisch Gmünd. Due to its elevated position on the slope of the Zeiselberg and its height of over 40 meters, it is a landmark in the cityscape of the old town.

Siebengeschossiger, semicircular shell tower from the 14./15. At a height of 40 m and a diameter of 9.9 x 10.3 m, it occupies a special position under the towers.
