The small town of Mariahütte belongs to Braunshausen. The Mariahütte ensemble spreads out on Lake Eulensee. The owl house from the 18th century is right by the lake. The open brick building made of light sandstone with round arches and round windows has a crooked hip roof and was a remise of the estate.
