The drive to the tunnel is a real highlight, especially if you go late in the afternoon. The light of the setting sun, which is slowly sinking lower and lower, bathes the whole landscape in a truly magical light.
The tunnel itself is a little adventure. The tunnel leads straight through the mountain, and inside, small, pitch-black branches create a spooky atmosphere. When I was there, the tunnel was lit up throughout, although not as bright as day. If necessary, it would have been possible without a lamp, but of course it is better with one.

It's like a small mine. You should wear waterproof shoes and a jacket! The path is flat, but in places there is water across the whole width. In the tunnel is a Madonna statue. Stalactites on the ceiling are also interesting. The tunnel is lit, but a flashlight doesn't hurt.
