In 1456, the Lüttelforster mill first appeared in the annals of Haus Bocholtz, a manor in Waldniel. It belonged to the Dahlhof and was therefore called Dahlmühle at this time. By inheritance in 1591, the farm and mill were separated from the headquarters in Waldniel and given to the spouses Sibert von Bocholtz, who leased them. The mill was operated as an oil and grain mill. I don't know when the mill was called "Lüttelforster Mill". Around 1900 a restaurant was set up in the mill. The brick angle courtyard was built in the second half of the 18th century. The two-storey house in 7 axes was built with stone walls and benches. The mill wheel has been preserved, but was modified in the 19th century.
