The Hasenbergsteige Sculpture Park in Stuttgart resembles a showroom for Otto Herbert Hajek: numerous of his sculptural works from all creative periods are gathered here in a park-like open-air setting, open to view 24 hours a day, summer and winter alike. There are works made of steel, but also pieces in concrete, marble, and bronze. Hasenbergsteige is a sophisticated residential area in southwest Stuttgart, stretching from Karlshöhe up toward Birkenkopf. The Hasenbergsteige Sculpture Park begins in the upper section at Hajek's former villa (house number 65), whose façade he also artistically designed, and extends to approximately the height of the Wilhelm Hauff Memorial. Most of Hajek's works displayed here are part of the Hajek Estate, managed by Urban Hajek. Some are part of the collection of the Otto Herbert Hajek Art Foundation of the City of Stuttgart, founded in 2003, to which Hajek donated a large part of his life's work.
