Very nice location with 3 lakes in the immediate vicinity. Finding campsites below the hut is not a problem. Very nice tour on the Pic de Malcaras and Pic de l'etang Fourcat is worthwhile. To get to the latter, you go from Malcaras along the ridge with a bit of manual effort.
