The factory building of the ribbon weaving mill "Gold-Zack" (rubber band factory Villebrandt & Zehnder), built around 1910, is located in the north of Wuppertal-Elberfeld.
The building is characterized by its clear, symmetrical structure. The four-storey steel skeleton structure with its lead-glazed grid facade is covered with a mansard roof. The five middle axes of the elongated building are crowned with a slightly curved gable. The individual axes are structured by simple pillars and, with the exception of the low base zone, are completely covered with lead glazing. The factory ensemble includes a free-standing chimney and the single-storey extension of the former boiler house.
The factory building was converted into the "Gewerbehof Nordstadt" in 1975. As an important part of the historical development of a largely unchanged street in the Elberfeld Nordstadt, the historic factory has been a listed building since 1986. Since 2012, a theater has been housed in the historic commercial courtyard.

Exciting stories can be told here about climbing in the famous "Fontainebleau" (Blo) bouldering area, about traveling or other adventures. A meeting point for boulderers, visitors to the Nordbahntrasse and the neighbors in the neighborhood.
