The Guglerbach Trail begins with a crisp Serbentine with tight switchbacks. This section is quite steep. As soon as you cycle parallel to the Guglerbach, you are riding on damp forest floor. This section of the route is quite flowing and not so steep anymore. Beware, there are always hikers on this path.
