From here you have a wonderful view of the city of Kehl, across the Rhine to the Strasbourg Cathedral to the Black Forest on the German side of the Rhine and the Vosges on the French side.

The 44-meter-high Silver Fir Tower, with its 210 steps, was built for the 2005 State Garden Show. It is located in the Garden of the Two Banks. From the top, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view, stretching as far as the Black Forest and the Vosges Mountains.

If you visit the Altrhein in Kehl, you should definitely go to the tower. On a clear day you can see the Black Forest and the Vosges. Of course also the Strasbourg Minster.

This tower is 44 meters high and has 199 steps made of wooden planks that allow you to climb to the top. The tower is formed from 3 load-bearing silver fir trunks and stabilized with tie rods and steel beams. Three additional fir trees are installed in the middle without any static function.
This structure was built in 2003.
